Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by J2 Coaching UK. By booking a session or package, you agree to the policies outlined below.

General Terms

All coaching sessions are subject to availability.

Sessions must be booked in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking.

Players must arrive on time and dressed appropriately for football activity.

J2 Coaching UK reserves the right to refuse participation if behaviour or conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Cancellation Policy

1-to-1 and 2-to-1 Coaching Sessions

7+ days notice: Full refund or reschedule.
Within 7 days: Refund minus £15 cancellation fee. Reschedule may be offered.
Same-day or no-shows: Non-refundable.

J2 Focus Sessions

7+ days notice: Full refund or reschedule.
Within 7 days: £10 fee is non-refundable. Reschedule offered if space allows.
Same-day or no-shows: No refund or reschedule.

Multi-Session Bookings

Cancelling the Full Package Before Any Sessions Are Attended
You may cancel the full package for a full refund if you give more than 7 days’ notice before the date of your first scheduled session. If you cancel the entire package with less than 7 days’ notice before your first scheduled session (and no sessions have yet been attended), a £15 cancellation fee will apply.

After the First Session Has Been Attended

Once the first session has taken place, the package becomes partially refundable only. If you wish to cancel the remaining sessions at this stage, a 50% refund will be applied to the unused sessions.

Missed Sessions
Missed sessions without notice will count as used and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. We encourage timely communication if you need to reschedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling
We will always try to accommodate rescheduling requests, provided we are given at least 24 hours' notice and there is availability.

Weather Policy
Outdoor sessions may proceed in light rain. If weather is unsafe, J2 Coaching UK will cancel and offer a rescheduled date.

J2 Focus offer

Offer valid for bookings made before 16th June 2025 at 11:59pm.

Discount code FOCUS50 applies to J2 Focus sessions only.

Sessions must be booked in advance via the J2 Coaching UK website.

Sessions can be booked for any future date, subject to availability.

Customers may use the code as many times as they like during the offer period.

Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

Non-transferable. No cash alternative.

Safeguarding and First Aid
All sessions are run in line with FA safeguarding standards.

Basic first aid will be administered where needed, and emergency contacts will be notified.
